Shipping Policy – Jazzie and Friends Pet Store

We’re committed to getting your pet products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics and dropshipping partners to offer reliable delivery and competitive pricing.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time Estimates

Most orders are delivered within the timeframes below (business days, excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas or international destinations may take a little longer.

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Peak seasons and unforeseen disruptions

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight/size, and selected shipping method.

  • We do not offer free shipping by default; all costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • Customs inspections can sometimes cause delivery delays beyond our control.

If your country has specific restrictions on pet products, we recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

5. Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners (dropshipping model):

  • Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which we’ll share by email.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional reshipping fees.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office, then contact us.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost shipments:

  • If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

  • After investigating with our logistics partners, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Damaged items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before they enter processing/fulfillment.

  • Because we work with external fulfillment partners, orders often move into processing quickly; once in progress, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
